Short Biography
I am Barikisu Issaka, a PhD candidate (ABD) in Advertising and Public Relations at Michigan State University. My research focuses on the intersection of health and digital media, specifically examining the persuasive effects of digital media and technology on the health behaviors of minoritized, vulnerable, and marginalized populations.
